Bold Blue Kitchen Transformation in Pottstown, PA

,

KITCHEN REMODEL  •  POTTSTOWN, PA  •  MAY 2026

Our clients came to Eagle Construction with a clear vision: a space that finally matched their style, with more storage, a larger island, and a more open, functional layout. That meant removing a kneewall, expanding counter space, and rethinking the kitchen from the ground up. Three weeks later, the result speaks for itself.

Project Outline

  1. Permits and inspections secured

All necessary permits were obtained and inspections coordinated before work began, ensuring the project met local code requirements from day one.

  1. Full demolition

Existing cabinets, countertops, and backsplash were removed and disposed of — including the kneewall that had been limiting the layout for years.

  1. Plumbing updated

All plumbing was installed to plan and code, including repositioning for the new farmhouse sink location within the redesigned layout.

  1. Drywall repaired and refreshed

With walls reconfigured after the kneewall removal, drywall was repaired and new sections installed throughout, finished smooth and ready for paint.

  1. Cabinetry installed

Medallion Lancaster Maple Painted cabinets with full overlay doors and drawers went in throughout, maximizing storage and delivering a clean, modern profile from floor to ceiling.

  1. Quartz countertops

New quartz countertops were fabricated and installed across the perimeter and the enlarged island, providing a durable, elegant surface throughout the kitchen.

  1. Tile backsplash

A classic white subway tile backsplash was installed across the cooking and prep zones, complementing the bold navy cabinetry with a crisp, timeless look.

  1. Range hood cabinet and exterior vent

A custom range hood cabinet was built and installed above the range, with ventilation routed to the exterior per the new plan — both functional and a striking design focal point with its natural wood accent.

  1. Farmhouse sink and faucet

A new farmhouse sink was set into the perimeter run, paired with a fresh faucet for a look that’s both practical and on-trend.

  1. Built-in microwave

The homeowner supplied a built-in microwave, which Eagle Construction installed to complete the integrated appliance lineup.
